Empowering Communities: Tackling Deforestation Through Education and Action
Addressing critical land issues in Pakistan, such as deforestation and biodiversity loss, through various sustainability initiatives. Life on Land through impactful initiatives that promote biodiversity, reforestation, and sustainable land management. The launch of the Superior Agrivet Research Park, a PKR 285 million project spread across 59 acres, serves as a pioneering hub for innovation in agriculture, veterinary sciences, and sustainability, fostering collaborations between academia, industry, and communities to enhance food security and rural development. Complementing this, the Earth Guardians – ME4U Plantation Drive, led by students and faculty, mobilized the university community in large-scale reforestation efforts, promoting environmental stewardship and climate resilience.
