Superior University upholds SDG 5 (Gender Equality) by empowering women through education, leadership, and inclusion. In 2024, 5,104 women enrolled, including 3,027 first-generation students (58%), supported by 515 Rector’s Women Empowerment Scholarships. Out of 353 senior academic staff, 136 women hold leadership roles, reflecting strong female representation. The university also promotes participation in STEM, with 301 female graduates out of 1,546, alongside major achievements in medicine and social sciences. Through initiatives like childcare facilities and women-led societies, Superior University continues to foster equality, opportunity, and empowerment across its campuses.
