Building a Skilled andSustainable Workforce for the Future

Superior University advances SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by equipping youth with market-relevant skills, entrepreneurial training, and global exposure. Through the NAVTTC PM Youth Skills Development Program, over 600 students have been trained in AI, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Digital Marketing. The innovative 3U1M Model integrates academic learning with market experience through four streams, Startup, Scaleup, Design Challenge, and Go Global, driving employability and innovation. Student startups have generated PKR 1.9 billion in revenue, created 1,600+ jobs, and attracted PKR 1.832 billion in investments. These initiatives collectively foster sustainable economic growth, youth empowerment, and global workforce readiness.
