Dr. Usman Sadiq serves as the Director of Sustainability and the Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) at Superior University. With over 16 years of experience in academia and community engagement, Dr. Sadiq plays a pivotal role in integrating the SDGs into the university's core philosophy. He leads various sustainability initiatives, fosters partnerships, and champions social entrepreneurship to empower students and faculty to become agents of positive change. His expertise in sustainable development, youth civic leadership, and community development has significantly contributed to creating impactful programs that drive progress toward achieving the SDGs. Under his leadership, the Superior SDG HUB has become a thriving platform for innovation, collaboration, and community impact, inspiring students to think critically, act responsibly, and lead sustainably.

SDGs Youth Ambassador Program (YAP)
The SDGs Youth Ambassador Program empowers students to become advocates for sustainable development. Selected ambassadors lead initiatives, promote awareness, and engage their peers in activities that contribute to achieving the SDGs, fostering leadership and civic responsibility.
National Youth Council (NYC)
The National Youth Council at Superior University brings together passionate young leaders from diverse backgrounds to collaborate on projects that address pressing social and environmental issues. Sustainable Advocates Program (SAP)
The Sustainable Advocates Program is designed to train and support students who are committed to advancing sustainability on campus and in their communities. Through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects, SAP participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to create meaningful change and inspire others to take action for a sustainable future.
Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP)
Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) is a flagship initiative designed to cultivate socially responsible leaders who are equipped to address real-world challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions. The program aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and empowers students to become change-makers in their communities and beyond.
The SEP focuses on integrating entrepreneurial thinking with social impact, encouraging students to develop business models that not only generate profit but also create positive societal and environmental change. Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and workshops, students gain the skills and knowledge needed to launch and scale social enterprises that address issues like poverty, inequality, education, health, and climate change.
